What WoFit Lite offers:

• Records daily exercise data including steps taken, distance covered, and calories burned.
• Displays 24-hour exercise data along with weekly and monthly totals, showcasing trend statistics graphs accordingly.
• Monitors daily sleep status, detailing deep sleep time, light sleep time, and wake-up instances illustrated through characters. Sleep trends are summarized weekly and monthly.
• Tracks daily heart rate data, listing the highest and lowest values, as well as average daily, weekly, and monthly data.
• Records daily blood pressure data and its variability trend, presenting average blood pressure data and variability trends on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Logs exercise time for various activities such as running, cycling, planking, speed training, monitoring heart rate, trajectory analysis, and calorie consumption.
• Records daily weight data and presents it through a variability curve.
• Allows users to set exercise goals, track daily completion percentages, and monitor the number of days achievements are reached for encouragement.

• The WoFit Lite APP is compatible with iOS 9.0 and above. With permission granted, exercise data (steps, sleep patterns, heart rate) syncs with the iHealth APP while steps data sync with WeRun APP.
• The WoFit Lite APP requires integration with the WoFit Lite smartwatch or bracelet to access all available functions.
